DLC Laboratories FAQ

Where are DLC Laboratories products made?

While we source ingredients and packaging components both domestically and globally, nearly all DLC products are made or packed in our FDA-regulated facility in California.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are made with high-quality, purposeful ingredients and avoid harsh additives like parabens. While some products may contain colorants or fragrances, many are crafted for daily use and family care. Please check the product label to see if it’s suitable for sensitive skin.

Do you test on animals?

No. DLC-Labs does not test any products on animals. We’re committed to creating ethical, responsible wellness solutions that prioritize both safety and compassion.

Do you use preservatives in your products?

Yes, in certain cases. Any product that contains water requires preservatives to prevent the growth of fungi, bacteria, and mold. We carefully choose preservatives to ensure both the safety and effectiveness of each product. While some preservatives may be debated, it's important to highlight that we strictly adhere to international guidelines regarding the maximum allowable percentages for safe use. Ointments, oils, and salves, however, do not contain water and, as a result, are typically preservative-free.
